Sunshine Coast Forklift Training
Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay workers come to our Lawnton training centre for their forklift licence because the training day and the test day are both locked in when you book, so you know your licence date from the start. You do the theory online first with pre-course video guides, so most of the training day is spent driving the forklifts, with excellent student-to-forklift ratios and patient, welcoming instructors. Complete beginners are welcome, and your first re-sit is free. Weekend classes are Saturday training with a Sunday test, so you don't need a weekday off work; it is two trips to Lawnton, and both dates are locked in when you book. Yes. The WorkSafe Queensland licence fee ($113.41) is not part of our course price: you pay it directly to WorkSafe Queensland when you apply for your licence after passing. We guide you through the application.
When you pass, you receive a Statement of Attainment for TLILIC0003 Licence to operate a forklift truck, then apply online to WorkSafe Queensland for your class LF high risk work licence and pay their fee. Once you have applied and paid, your WorkSafe receipt plus your Candidate Assessment Summary is your interim licence until your card arrives.
The LF Forklift Training Course covers all necessary aspects of forklift operations, including safe handling, operational procedures, and compliance with safety standards.
The Forklift Licence obtained through our training is valid for 5 years.
