Course Overview
Psychological first aid is the practical, humane support you give a person in distress — after an accident, a critical incident, a natural disaster or a personal crisis. Like physical first aid, it is not therapy or diagnosis: it is knowing what to say, what to do and where to guide someone in the first minutes and hours when it matters most.
This 100% online course gives you those skills in six short modules. You enrol and start instantly, learn on any device at your own pace, check your understanding after each module, then sit a 10-question final quiz (unlimited attempts). Pass, and your Certificate of Completion downloads on the spot.
Your learning counts towards the accredited program
This course mirrors the training content of our nationally accredited psychological first aid program. If you later need the nationally recognised Statement of Attainment (PUARCV001 Provide Psychological First Aid), you will have already covered the coursework — upgrade to the accredited program and move straight to the formal assessment. Train now, certify when you are ready.
