Practical mental-health skills, online and on your schedule
Many mental-health training courses run around 12 hours and require face-to-face attendance. This course is built to deliver the same core skills in about 4 hours, 100% online — self-paced, mobile-friendly, and available Australia-wide. It’s also the option that gives you a direct pathway to a nationally accredited qualification, which short awareness sessions don’t offer.
