What does the $310 include?

  • The online theory module and theory assessment, done at home before your session.
  • A half-day practical session at our Lawnton training centre, with the practical assessment on the same day.
  • A nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for RIIWHS204E Work Safely at Heights when you are assessed as competent.

How long does the working at heights course take?

About half a day of theory online, at your own pace, then a half-day practical session face to face. The practical starts at 12pm at Lawnton. Classes run on weekdays, and the next available dates show in the booking calendar on the working at heights course page.

Is there a cheaper working at heights refresher?

Yes, if you already hold the unit. The FMS Training refresher is $160 per person for people with a Statement of Attainment for RIIWHS204E or the equivalent earlier unit RIIWHS204D (as listed on training.gov.au). There is no time limit on when your certificate was issued. It runs the same hybrid way: online theory, then a half-day practical at Lawnton. To enrol, bring your Statement of Attainment, photo ID and your Unique Student Identifier (USI). Wallet cards are not accepted unless they meet the requirements for a Statement of Attainment.
